Membership Rates
The monthly membership rates are $89 per month for a 60-minute massage and $129 per month for a 90-minute massage. Additional massages within the same month are available at the same rates of $89 for 60 minutes and $129 for 90 minutes.
Pausing Massage Memberships
If I choose to pause my membership, there will be a $15 monthly pause fee, with a maximum pause duration of three months. During this time, all unused massages will also be paused. To resume, I must un-pause my membership at the current membership rate. My membership will automatically resume after the three-month period, and any remaining massages will be un-paused at that time. If my credit card payment does not go through, all roll-over massages will be forfeited.
Membership Policy
By enrolling in any membership program offered by Biscayne Chiropractic Center, Inc., I consent to having my credit or debit card charged monthly on the date I joined. Charges will continue until I send a cancellation email to biscaynecc @ gmail.com. All memberships require a six-month commitment, and charges will continue until a cancellation email is received. If my payment is declined for any reason, I authorize Biscayne Chiropractic Center to continue to attempt the charge. If payment cannot be processed, I understand that all roll-over massages will be forfeited.
Cancelling Massage Memberships (memberships prior to January 1, 2025)
For memberships established prior to January 1, 2025, if I cancel my membership, I understand that a maximum of two roll-over massages will be allowed. These must be used within two months of my last renewal date, and any additional massages beyond the two roll-overs will be forfeited. Cancellations must be submitted via email to biscaynecc @ gmail.com prior to my renewal date. My membership must remain active in order to use any roll-over massages.
Massage Appointment Cancellation/No SHow Policy
All massage appointments require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a $39 cancellation fee. No-shows or cancellations made within one hour of the scheduled appointment time will be charged the full session amount. For membership holders, one session will be deducted in these cases.
Massage and Chiropractic Packages
Massage and chiropractic packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All sessions must be used within six months of purchase.
